$100 Visa never received

I never received my $100 Visa Reward.  It never came in the mail, but my plan says I was owed one.  Who do I need to contact?

Check the link https://rewardcenter.att.com for ur reward card. U need ur uverse acct number and area zip code to check status. U need to claim the card from this website for it to be mailed to you. Do it asap or the card will expire.

If nothing there, I'd contact ATT Customer Care here:

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your $100 Visa card problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check for the blue PM envelope to appear, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

I just posted the same thing.

Well I just read your whole post not the same thing but it does invole $.  So I am not the only one. This is a club you want to be in. 

I am curious rchaparo if there is a way to send a mass survey to everyone on this AT T community. I would be interested to know how often it happens. For both subjects.

I'm 3 months into my U-Verse contract and have yet to receive my $300 reward cards (2 @$150). I've contacted a customer service rep from the reward after 45 days. I will be cancelling service and reporting AT&T to the feds.

I am to receive a $100 reward card for bundling my phone, internet and direct accounts and I have called 2 different times and the persons I talked to BOTH said I was to receive this said rewards card but I haven't and I have been with this company almost 10 yrs. I want to know why they say I am to receive it and I go to check the status and of all things both times say CANCELLED so am I getting one or not? That's all I want to know, tired of being lied to. 😕😬. I think I am maybe going to look elsewhere for services and I really hate to but WHY LIE? I pay my bills when needed and I'm considered a valued customer with att, just want an answer. Please and Thank You

I dont think my reply/result ever got posted and I promised that I would so you will have to see my original post to maybe get the same results.

 

ATT took care of me finally!

 

First some joker called the number associated with my account and he asked me what was it I was looking for?  Some assistant vp or something and I left him a short terse message like " you're callinng me didnt you read the post? What the #$@! am I looking for? The money that was promised. Give me my money."

 

A couple days later a young lady assitant to a president called, actually answered when i called back, gave me my $money and an extra $100 for my hassles. I wish I could have stayed then, but you know how the price jumps after 12 months go.

 

Anyway I got my rewards and I use that word loosely.

Directv is cheating people with false promise makes messes and I still have not received and today I called and again lie to me now they are advertising on the radio 87.7 fm that they are giving 200.00 dollars for new customers, do not fall for this small talk because you will be the next deceivers I will go to justice because this is not done with anyone
