Unable to sign in to History Channel app using DTVN credentials

Anyone else having this issue? I've signed in to History Channel app before using Directv Now as my provider, now I can't. DTVN is listed as a provider and DTVN says they support the History Channel. Here's what happens, select Roku, select DTVN as provider, enter activation code, press continue. A pop up box appears that is supposed to be the link to sign into DTVN but is blank, never populates. As experiment I tried other providers and the pop up always populates. Any ideas? Has History Channel and DTVN parted ways.

Cares - Since many people in many threads are reporting similar problems, if you learn anything helpful, could you post it here and not keep it private?  This issue clearly isn't restricted to this single user's account.

Here is what I've learned so far. I've installed the history channel app on my iPad and Android phone and have been able to sign in on both with DTVN credentials. My son signed in to the history channel app on my Roku with his Spectrum credentials. Appears to me to be an AT&T/DTVN issue. I'll post here if there is anything new.

I'll second that. Many people, like me, will put up with a lot of problems as long as we understand what's going on and know that someone is working on it.

To simply remain silent is probably the fastest way to send folks to another provider.

This is the case with the Samsung issue as well. I know I'd be pretty upset if I had just spent hundreds of dollars and the device would not perform as promised. I would not care whose fault it was, I'd just want it fixed.

I can’t get it to wok, either.  Exactly the same issue—blank box with an x in the corner.  This is very frustrating—please share the solution!

No movement from AT&T on this issue. They were so concerned in the beginning, not so much now.

It's just not the History Channel app. They have a few more authentication issues with apps that have been going on for months.

Having same issue. Have DTVN. This is the reason I have it is for History channel. Disappointing they haven’t replied recently or fixed the issue

Not a surprise. They never comment on issues and rarely report fixes if they do fix anything. No visibility from them at all.

We have DTVN and a Roku devise.  Not being able to log in.  Same problem as everyone else it seems.  I have added the history channel app to my iphone and I am able to log in but not through the Roku devise.  We have tried deleting the History Channel App in the Roku and reloading but it still doesn't work

It appears they are still having authentication issues with apps. Can only suggest you notify support using the chat and get your issue documented.
