The at&t tv app will constantly try to load after or before a commercial break on on-demand

The app will continually keep loading and will not stop until you pause then unpause, which will usually glitch it out for a minute though. Sometimes that will  not work and you will have to either exit or reinstall it

It is not internet issues because the tv is wired to a 5G router

Most of the newer Samsung TVs. Occasionally on Xbox One.

I have tried moving the router. Wireless to wired, Reinstalling. The problem still occurs though.

This is the tv app for streaming, not the box.

I appreciate that information!

 

Just to verify, this doesn't occur with Live content correct? Then have you noticed if it crashes on specific networks or content?
