TCM on demand movies gone

A couple days ago all the TCM movies on demand disappeared. I used to be able to “discover” the network and watch movies. What’s going on?  This is the only channel I watch on demand. Is this happening on others?

Many (most?) networks like HBO, Bravo, TCM, even OTA networks like ABC, NBC and Fox are limiting the On Demand programming offered to the provider (Uverse) in favor of their own streaming services.

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

TCM decides what is sent to on demand, many channels are pulling on demand content in order to draw customers to thi=eir own website to watch on there or they have their own app

Soooo the employee at ATT customer service who told me this would be escalated and thanks for bringing this to our attention was just blowing smoke. This is permanent. If so it’s bye bye ATT TV now because apparently TCM is only allowing app viewing for people with old fashioned cable and satellite and is pulling all other on demand.

ATT needs to be honest about the issue.

CS reps can be clueless.

Have you tried logging into the TCM app using your ATT TV credentials?

You can't - AT&T TV isn't a supported provider for TCM or any of the other WarnerMedia (old Turner) apps.  No, we don't know why AT&T's (supposedly) main video carrier service for the future doesn't offer full access to AT&T's own video content services...

As far as whether there is any TCM content in the AT&T TV native on-demand library (under the Discover tab) - I've see content there in the past, but only a small fraction of what is available through the WatchTCM app or website, and currently there is none showing.  No idea why that is either.  I'm not sure why the other posters phrased their responses quite like that - either way it is AT&T making the decision.

Yes. I spent over 45 min searching through the maze of ATT help and nothing!

I contacted TCM and they replied within a day. It’s a problem that they are aware of now and are actively working to resolve. So, I am hoping it will be soon. I was impressed with their response. (TCM)
