streaming on MacBook, external monitor disconnects the stream when connected. can you watch on external monitor?

when i try to stream AT&T TV Now on my macbook pro, when i turn on my external monitor to move the pisture off my desktop, it kills the stream. why cant i watch on my other monitor?

When you stated it "kills" the stream, what exactly happens? Are you give any specific error messages?

@ATTHelp it says “ we couldn’t play this content at this time. Pleas restart the app and sign in again. 10025-001

I’m not on the app, I’m on safari logged into my account. I’ve tried everything. The only time it will allow me to stream and watch on my laptop, is when my external monitor is disconnected.

Chrome is the recommended browser for the service. Do you receive the same message on that browser as well? Also, do you run into this message on all content, or specific networks?

it works on chrome. Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it. First time I’ve been able to get a solution that quickly.
