I have no sound on any channel.  This has happened in the past and someone had to re-set my account.  I cannot find anyone to speak with today.

That has happened to me a few times and restarting the streaming device (Roku) brings back the sound.

 Support is available by the chat. Select "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page - then select "DirecTV NOW" - select "Chat" in middle of screen or a bubble may appear at the bottom of page on the right side.
