Are you sure you are in-region for FS North (check the local lookup tool).  If that says you should get it and you have a package that gets RSNs, then trying logging out of your account (on any of your logged in devices) and then log back in - this is often necessary to pick up subscription changes.

Good afternoon @kakkie40,

Thank you for reaching out. What zip-code (and county name) are you streaming from at the moment? Also, what devices were you receiving that message on?

The zip code I reside in the summer is 55748 and I have Att now but we also have wireless with att so our billing address is 33917 so that’s why the Twins baseball is not able to stream. I need to change the address for the billing to my Mn address and I tried to do that but my address says it’s not correct even though I get my mail here so am very upset I changed my plan and still don’t get Twins baseball

Thanks

@kakkie40,

I apologize for any inconveniences. The Regional Sports and local channels available do vary depending on the billing zip code on file. Were you receiving the message stating the address was incorrect when you went to update it for your wireless plan or AT&T TV NOW service?

Also, do you happen to have a screenshot of that message you were receiving or an error code that came with it?

@kakkie40 - the address they use is the address associated with your payment method (credit card).  So if you want the RSN with the Twins, you'll need to use a credit card with that address attached.  I don't think that needs to match other addresses that AT&T has for you.
