On Samsung Smart TV

I have to sign into my AT&T TV app every night-why? The TV is older for sure. My other apps work fine....just a hassle because the only way to sign in is with the remote....real Pain! Just Saying any help would be amazing.

Are you referring to the AT&T TV or AT&T TV Now service? Are you using the smart TV app or a streaming device? What device? Have you attempted to reinstall the app? Just a note, if using the smart TV app there are a lot of known issues with Samsung Smart TV's. Most have opted to use a streaming device.
