Things to try
Is the volume up? Use the volume button on your remote to check.
Change the channel - If a particular show doesn't have audio and others do, chat with us and let us know.
Reboot or force close the app.
Check for updates - More info below!
Restart the device (turn it off or unplug it).
Reinstall the app or check for updates.
Smart Devices - mute is defaulted to on when first launched via the app, just tap the audio icon and you are set.
Per Amazon, turn off Dolby Digital Plus from the Fire TV Menu.
Per Roku, try using the 5GHz and test different wireless channels
Both your streaming device and the AT&T TV NOW get the occasional update. Make sure to check that both have the latest update.
Apps normally update on their own
Do not delete the app, you may be unable to download it.
