Issue: TV Now App Crashes During On-Demand Playback

Context: On-demand playback is in progress on the Android app running on a Chromebook, connected via the Chromebook's internal HDMI port to an HDMI matrix, which is connected to Dell computer monitor with an HDMI input port. The app window suddenly disappears. Typically, playback on this streaming configuration does not seem to exhibit this issue.

Attempt to relaunch the TV Now app and on-demand title seems followed by display of the error message "We're experiencing a temporary issue playing this content. Please give it a moment and try again."
