Getting a message that “We’ll, that was unexpected” when I go to Guide or My Library. Can stream TV but it’s only the 1st channel in the lineup. (A&E)

Thank you for that update. Wanted to make you aware that I attempted to reach out to Direct TV during the outage and got transferred to Direct TV Now twice unsuccessfully. I would appreciate a) if we received some kind of credit for the inconvenience as this was during a holiday where most were watching football or thanksgiving day parade and b) provide some kind of a direct number for Direct TV Now Support and/or provide a status page of your service, so we are aware of these issues in real-time rather than the next day (which in this case).

What about the rest of us? Can you comment on what’s down and when you expect a fix?
