If i change my AT&T Phone plan....

I currently have AT&T Unlimited Plus plan from a couple years ago. This plan also offered me a $15 discount to the AT&T TV Now package for Live A Little. If i change my phone plan but keep my TV plan the same what will happen to my package? Will my Live A little package still be active with free HBO and Showtime still be $8 per month as my current package is? Will all that change is my $15 discount be removed? Thanks

Changing the phone plan shouldn't affect anything with the TV plan except the discount (assuming you get HBO through something other than that phone plan and/or the new phone plan includes HBO also).  However, I don't think anyone here can say definitively - you'll need to contact Support for them to confirm this.  And if you do, I recommend you get and keep a transcript of the chat so that if the rep says there won't be any change and AT&T actually does make a change, you'll have some evidence to go back to them with.

Good afternoon @rkingslandjr,

Thanks for reaching out! To keep the $15 loyalty credit, you do have to keep your Unlimited Plus plan. Then if you have the grandfathered Unlimited Plus plan that included HBO For Life, you will lose that discount as well.

However, you will keep the grandfathered price of SHOWTIME for $8 a month. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns, we'd be happy to help!
