If I don’t recall which devices have active logins to att tv now, how can I turn off or log off devices via my online account?

As far as I know, there is no way for a user to determine or control the connected streams on their account. If you need to disconnect things remotely, you used to be able to contact support, and they (by resetting your account) could bounce all connections (not just some). I'm not sure if this is still possible, but seems your best bet.
Thank you. I wish ATT offered better online tools for customers to close streams that are open from their account.
