Getting the wrong local Channels

I am getting the wrong local channels currently. My zip code is 20664 and the local channels I am receiving now are for Baltimore Maryland. I would like to receive Washington D.C local Channels.

Hey @kb3osf, we can help look into this for you!
Can you go ahead and reinstall the app on the device you are streaming on? Let us know if that was helpful.

Hey @kb3osf & @Jspurr63

I had a similar issue when I first started using the service - I live in Washington state, and I was getting local channels from California.

What I found is DIRECTV NOW uses your credit card's billing zip code to determine location. In my case, I didn't update that on my credit card when I moved states which explained the problem. Once I fixed that, I was getting the right local channels.

I would recommend taking a look at your billing zip code to see if it matches the local one you're in. If it doesn't, that might explain the issue.

Let me know if this helps!

Having the same issue, even after messaging with customer service ours is still not fixed. Very disappointing and frustrating. Especially after the price raise over the summer.

All the streaming services had price increases this past summer.

Ok? So we pay more and we get more and more issues with service?
