Directvnow beta streaming box

I have a problem. When I hook up my new box to the projector with HDMI it doesn’t display any video. Audio through the reciever works, but no video. Does this box require something special?

Everytime I turn the projector on or off, it resets to a display that something cannot handle.... i had the harmony learn the following commands in order:

Home button
5 right
Down
3 Down
2 right
4 down
Enter

 

LOL it works but the fact that it autosenses the "correct" resolution is a bit annoying.  as the "correct" res, doesnt work for me.  Other than that i love this device.... i missed channel numbers sooooooo much!

Check that the output of the box is a video format your projector can deal with. Too high a resolution and you will see nothing.
