Direct tv now/att*tv now
I have been charged every month for this service since May 2018. I was trying to get wifi installed which never was and the man kept trying to get me to get direct tv. I didn't want the service I wanted wifi. I have tried on multiple occasions to get this taken off but I am told that I do not have an account and that I should not be getting charged. I cannot log in as my email does not work nor does my phone number but my credit card continues to be charged. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and I was planning to switch my cell phone to at&t but after this no way.
