Direct tv now/att*tv now

I have been charged every month for this service since May 2018. I was trying to get wifi installed which never was and the man kept trying to get me to get direct tv. I didn't want the service I wanted wifi. I have tried on multiple occasions to get this taken off but I am told that I do not have an account and that I should not be getting charged. I cannot log in as my email does not work nor does my phone number but my credit card continues to be charged. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and I was planning to switch my cell phone to at&t but after this no way.

Well if you are being charged then you do have an account. You will need to contact support using the chat. No one here has access to customer account information. Go to https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/att-tv-now to discuss with a support rep. You do not need to login. Select sign in and password support. Then continue to support. To chat with a live rep just type something like support or help. etc.

keep in mind this is a prepaid service so they wont refund any money to you except maybe 3 months and thats a maybe because its been over a year

Hello,

Self service is done through atttvnow.com, and with login there’s a support chat at bottom. If you can’t login, dial technical home service support at 800. 288. 2020 and have soemthing to identify it ready, like your email address, phone number or card number being charged to track it down. It’s a prepaid service, so there’s no ssn on file.

@mobilemax att tv only does support by chat you cant reach then through the phone unless its changed recently

AT&T TV NOW has no phone support only the chat but AT&T TV does which is the number he provided. Since the OP is referring to AT&T TV NOW and not AT&T TV the phone number is not available.
