Cannot view all 23 recorded episodes of series when using my pc. iPad application shows all 23 episodes. The computer only 10 episodes

I have a series recorded and it shows 23 episodes, but when I go to see the episodes I only show 10 episodes. This is on my computer. If I access the same series via my ipad, I see all 23 episodes.

Please be sure to use the Chrome Internet browser as it is the recommended one for AT&T TV service. Also, try clearing the cache and cookies or viewing your library in an incognito browser and let us know if that populates for you.

I did the steps listed and still had the issue using the browser. The strange thing is, if I use Remote Desktop to connect to my computer, I can see the full list of recorded episodes.

 

My work around has been to log into desktop via RDP client and bring recorded episode list up, then log into computer and make selection. But if I try to access the list again using the computer, I dont get the complete list. I tested this with Chrome and new Microsoft Edge and I get the same results.  My computer screen is set to 1920x1080 as is my RDP client when I remote in.
