No, there is no native AT&T TV app for any LG TVs. The only "smart TVs" that currently have native apps are those with Roku built in, those with Amazon Fire TV built in, and (some?) Samsung TVs model year 2017 and newer. The full list of supported devices is here. For all other TVs, you'll need to use one of the supported outboard devices. (I generally prefer that anyway - I find the outboard devices almost always work better than the "smarts" built in by the TV manufacturers...)
