AT&T TV Now -- Got still video, but won't play and/or audio

On AT&T TV Now -- I've signed and chosen "Watch Now" mode.  I have a still video of ABC's current program NCAA Football.

When a go down to the next row of programming, the ABC channel shows a large Play button.  When a click on that arrow, the screen goes blank, does not play video or audio.  Got still video and no audio.  Extended wait time and nothing resolves to a streaming program.  Only choices are a Back button (top left), as well as selecting a channel up or down in the alphabetical guide list.

Please Help !  I'm missing the game.
