AT&T TV App freezes on Fire TV

I have a 3rd gen 4k Fire TV.  AT&T TV consistently freezes after a few minutes of playing live tv.  

 

I have cleared the data from the app, and even uninstalled and reinstalled.  I also know it is not the internet since i get 100mbps down, and the streaming works fine on my Apple TV and Roku.

 

This seems to be a glitch within the app itself.  Any idea how to report this?

Report? You can contact support using the chat. Select "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page - then select "TV" - then select "AT&T TV NOW/AT&T TV". Chat is near the bottom of the screen. (Direct:https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/att-tv)

Subscribed to HULU +Live TV (still have AT&T NOW). No such problems with HULU. This points to AT&T servers which also explains the commercials coincidence. AT&T servers can't handle the traffic any longer. They need to fix this and they know it. I believe what they are doing is illegal since they are selling a product that they know has a major problem, yet they continue to do so. Let's report them to the F.C.C. and Consumer affairs. I am.

Now that you mention it, it does always freeze on a certain commercial.

Same problem. When it happens go up or down a channel then back to your show
and it clears it up. It may happen again in the same commercial so do it
again it always works. I'm certain they are having server problems when
inserting commercials. It has gotten worse over the months and I bet that is
due to taking on more subscribers thus bogging down their servers even more.
Every time I talk with them they admit there is something wrong at their end
but they say they are fixing it but haven't yet after about 7 months. Each
time I call the give me 10-15 $ discount on my next bill to pacify me.
