50001-001 sorry for your inconvenience please try again later!!!!

I have had Directvnow for only 1 month and am not happy as I chose this streaming app over the others because it had the best dvr recording and best channels however every time and I mean everytime I record a basketball game and try to watch it an error pops up every 2 mins and will not let me watch it all the way through error is as follows 

50001-001 sorry for your inconvenience please try again later!!!! That makes me want to drop y’all all together because if I can’t record shows and watch them when I want to then what’s the point! Please help

Thanks for inquiring with us. We’re still testing things out, but you can learn more about the True Cloud DVR beta error messages and fixes. If you receive the error code 50001-001 when streaming live TV or VOD content as well, please force close the app or reinstall it into your streaming device. Can’t reinstall the app on my Samsung TV. Closed app reopened it. Still receiving message on CMT and TV LAND. Seems like other stations will work.

@oldmaineiac Yes, we are akin to lab rats running a maze.  I keep monitoring how DTVN issues and will come back only after all the issues are resolved and is no longer Beta.
