10007-013 We're experiencing a temporary issue playing this content. Please give it a moment and try again.

I've been dealing this intermittently and sometimes constantly for at least the last two weeks.  

Channel wont load.

We can help with that error, @gatorxing.

 

This should only be a temporary error. First, try changing your program to another channel. After that, try these steps:

  1. Return to the original channel. If it’s still not working, make sure your device is still connected to the Internet and has a strong connection.
  2. If you do still have a strong connection, restart the AT&T TV App.
  3. If restarting the app does not correct the issue, restart your device.

If none of these steps fix your problem, let us know. We’ll need to mark the thread private to gather your account information and escalate this to our engineering team.

Hello.  Thank you for the prompt response.  I have tried all these techniques and still have trouble.  I am able to watch recorded ATTTV shows and other ATTTV "on demand" type shows without issue.

Was watching cbs nfl game last night. Game went into overtime. Got the message during overtime so did got get to watch the end of the game. Moved to other channels, came back to the cbs but error message would not clear. Have had this happen several times recently.
