Profiles do not separate watch history
We are watching Game of Thrones through two separate profiles and each time someone watches, both profiles sync to that episode.

BTW, this does not happen on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Meaning that two people can watch the same show under two different profiles and go back to wherever they were in the season.
