"Digital life lock" is not a complete sentence.
You could try "I'm having problem with my AT&T Digital Life Lock." Which is, at least, a complete sentence, but not really a lot more informative. You could say "My Digital Life lock does ____ when I do _____, but I expect it to _____. It quit working when ______. What do I do?"

Last I heard, digital life is no more. Customers have been offered Service with another provider.
