Where'd the chat go???

I have had a terrible experience moving- I moved down 2 floors and across the hall in the same building and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have unresolved outstanding issues still- over a month later- and the chat feature has now disappeared from my account. It is like AT&T is making it purposely as hard as possible for me to get help. Someone opened a new account for me instead of transferring it and there is problem with autopay and I also can't log in properly to my account- I have to reset my password every single time. I just want to get this fixed but I am in meetings and on calls all day for work and can't sit on the phone for hours and hours. I just want to open a chat and clear it up that way. Is there a way to get the chat back that I'm missing???
