user id

I have a message that AT&T have changed the user id and you must change to an email address.  I put in my email address and it tells me that it's already in use.  My question is if that's the email I use for my email, who or what email I suppose to put in?  I'm not creating a whole new email address for me to login on my Digital Life app.  Suggestions or do I need to contact them directly

@jlovebyrd72  Hello. For Digital Life we  did not change the user id to be the email address associated to the account. The user id is still whatever you had set it up to be for your Digital Life login.

Ok thank you, I went out and updated my password.  Hopefully it was a glitch but I'm able to login now
