Service no longer available

I recently moved into a house that previously had ATT digital life.  When I called, I was told it is no longer available at my address.  I need to make some changes to the systems, but do not have the installer codes.  How can I retrieve these codes?  The custoemr service line was not helpful at all.  I was told that since I was not a customer, I was out of luck.

You would need to get any codes you need from the person that had the account. What are you trying to do with the system?

It would be great if AT&T would reconsider continuing the service on a monthly subscription basis.

Digital Life is no longer accepting new customers or performing transfers of service to new customers. Thank you for your interest in Digital Life service.

What I am trying to do is remove some of the window sensors due to changes being made.  The old owner told me that ATT had the installer code and not him.

If the system is not monitored, you do not need any codes to remove equipment. Simply remove the sensors. You will also want to disconnect all power from the system or you will get annoying beeps throughout the day.

If the system is still monitored (active account), you will need to contact the account holder and have them disconnect the account to prevent tamper alarms on the system.

I hope this helps.
