Questions about your Digital Life Controller (DLC)?

You have received an alert regarding your DLC.  Have no fear, Solution Center is here!  All you need is your Digital Life App.

 

From the App Menu, select Solution Center --> My Devices --> Digital Life Controller

 

Then choose the best solution that fits your need:

  • How do I use
  • Learn more about
  • Help me fix
  • Replace battery

We are very sorry that you've experienced issues launching the Solution Center from within your Digital Life app. For security purposes, the app requires you to manually re-enter your password every 90 days. 

Please log out from the main menu then log back into the app.  Solution Center will launch properly after you do so.

The Solution Center link on the menu does nothing in the IOS app. How do I access the Solution Center?
