@tig1124  Hello. If you press the "#" on the keypad it will silence the beeping.

I’ve already talked with a CSR about a replacement contact sensor, but how do I turn off the alert on the keypad? It keeps

beeping and I don’t want to listen to this for four days until the replacement sensor gets here to install.

I recently replaced a bedroom contact sensor that was damaged. Now my system shows 2 listed sensors for that room. How do I delete the old

sensor off of my device list and get rid of the alerts?

@Mfor85 - You can have a device unlearned from your system if you contact customer care.  You cannot do this through the app alone.
