My home door

Hello I recently had my device on my door changed and on the app to my phone before I could unlock and lock the door but now with this new device I can’t ... how can I get that back on the app

@Juliomora501 Good morning. You had the door lock changed to another Digital Life Door Lock? Just want to ensure that I am clear. If it is another Digital Life door lock , it should have been discovered to your system while the technician was at  your home. You can contact us at 1-855-288-2727 option # 4 while you are at home so that we can get it paired to your system.
