Keyless door lock

My door lock is not functioning correctly. It seems the code is not recognized anymore. When I punch in the last code I get a sound that indicate my code is not correct. I have not chnaged my code, but it act as if I have changed it. In addition to that issue, I do not know how to reset master code for door lock.  My key pad does not have a #.  I have changed out batteries and still my current code is not working anymore. Please help me  to resolve.

1. Make sure the lock is unlocked and the door is open.
2. Enter your Mastercode - for new install, default is 0-0-0-0.
3. Press the lock button. You will hear one beep.
4. Press 7.
5. Press the lock button. You will hear one beep.
6. Enter a new Master code. It must be between
4 and 10 digits.
7. Press the lock button. You will hear two beeps if successful. If you hear three beeps, it was unsuccessful. Repeat from step 1 slowly.

Try replacing the batteries before changing any codes.

It may be as simple as changing the batteries with new batteries. Changing the master code if it low batteries may cause more issues.

Let us know if the battery change does not fix the issue.
