This problem is fixed with renew username/password.

Maybe AT&T hasn't updated the app for iOS 15.1. You might want to delete the app, power cycle the iPhone and then try to reload it again.

I would be utterly shocked to hear that the Digital Life App development team spent anytime testing and certifying for the latest iOS release.

There is a solution to this issue. Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you with accessing your Digital Life app.

@ATTDigitalLifeCS , the marked solution shows that the user was able to get in after "renewing" his username/password.
