iOS Updated - Now App can’t login

IPAD updated to iOS 15…

Now I continually get the login screen, but never actually get logged in

I deleted and edited my password etc. with no success.

Please don’t tell me to call support as the other users were told.

Instead, can you tell us what the fix is, as several others have had this problem?

Best to to post to here, so others can benefit.

Good morning,

There is a fix but you do have to call customer support. The agents are aware of this issue and can get it quickly corrected. You have done everything you should have but the support team has to reset your account on their side. This is only needed once for the customers that experience this issue.

Our Customer Support team can be contacted at 1-800-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you.
