Hello, @Babu,

 

Thank you for reaching out. That update is currently being rolled out to you device. It may not have been sent to you yet. Here are things to know about software updates through AT&T. Does your device meet the requirements to receive it? It should meet these requirements:

 

  • It should be an AT&T branded device.
  • The device must be on the AT&T network to receive the update.
  • It should be connected to Wi-Fi to receive the update.
  • Your device should have enough space for the update.
  • Your device needs to be up to at least 80% power.

If it meets the requirements, you can try to update it yourself. Sign into your myAT&T account, pick the device you need to update, and follow the steps to update. The steps are:

 

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from Notifications and tap Settings.
  3. Tap Software updates, then Check for update.
  4. Follow the on screen prompts.
