I canceled my digital life service several months ago after talking with AT&T and being assured that the door opening beeps would still work. Things were working until a few hours ago when it appears AT&T screwed up everything. The chat function does not work. How can I get help?

If your Digital Life system is no longer active with a paid account, it will no longer work as an active account. Your system beeps which are controlled by your main controller will no longer work. Your system may also have technical issues preventing other beeps from working but since you are no longer a customer, you will need to troubleshoot any issues.
