Door Lock Issues

Solution Center can guide you through a few simple techniques to resolve many of the common issues you might experience with your Digital Life door lock.

 

Access the Solution Center from the Menu within the Digital Life web or mobile app.  Select My Devices  then pick the type of lock: touchscreen, push button, or keyless. 

 

Choose the solution you need from a list of topics including:

 

  • App not working
  • Device not working
  • Replace batteries
  • I need a handyman for my door lock

I’m having an issue with my keypad.  It is not allowing the full amount of open time to unlock the lock. Any clues?  I currently have to unlock with my key.
