digital life keypad

I've replaced every battery in the system, we've done ping tests and your end says my end is 'good' however all I get from my keypad is 'failed connection'.  I put recharging batteries in it but they don't seem to be recharging...so I'm guessing something is wrong in the box....since obviously from my box to you doesn't work. It hasn't worked in months and I'm tired of paying for it.

how do I get a new keypad?
