Digital Life DLC replacement battery

Both the alarm keypad and the app indicate a battery replacement is needed, but when I follow the instructions on the app/solution center, it just takes me in circles and never lets me actually order the battery.  I get as far as "please select lice chat below", except there's no option to select "live chat" besides Autumn.  And she just posts the same link that starts the whole circle over again. 

 

Also, has anyone successfully requested and received yard signs?  I've requested them more times than I can count via the app over the years and never received anything.  We've kept up the signs from a now defunct company, but they're very old and I'd like some for the service I've been using for the last few years.
