Digital Life app required to be on home network?

@michellehein20  Hello. My apologies that you are both having an issue. Could you please tell me what is happening when you try and launch the app when not at home? Is there an error message? What models of phones are you using? It should function as any other app and is not dependent upon being on your home Wi-Fi.  Please let me know the above answers and I will ask one of our technical folks. Thank you

@michellehein20  Hello again. I asked one of our technical folks and they advised that if you are using iphones, to look under your settings, then cellular, and then scroll down to see if the digital life app is turned on..... if it is off that is why you cannot access off of Wi-Fi.... could you check, if off, turn it on, try logging into the app and let me know? If you are not using iphones, I'm sorry but i do not know the steps to get to cellular on Android.

The app acts like my password is incorrect.   It is correct.  The face recognition doesn't work while it does when I'm home.
