Cannot login to digital life touchscreen controller

I have 3 digital life touchscreen controls and cannot login through any of them.

I am able to login through the app on my phone just fine but not the touchscreen control tablets.

When I click the ? in the lower right corner to check for a software update, and go through the process, it says my tablets are up-to-date.

Current version listed is version 2.2.32.0624

This has been going on for more than a year and we have just been using our app or normal keypad, but we have these tablets mounted in 3 rooms and they are non-functional, but would like to get them working since we are going to sell our house soon.
