AT&T Altacel Lucent - Battery Backup. What is this dang cord called?!

Good morning gang,

Prior to moving into my home, someone installed an AT&T Altacel Lucent Battery Backup for a security system.

I'm pulling my hair trying to figure out what kind of cord/connection it is called which hooks up to the terminals of this lead battery + to the battery slot shown in the pictures below:

Can someone PLEASE help me? And if this is in the wrong category, please feel free to move it.

@lutherwaffles  Hello. This is actually something that someone rigged up in the home... this is a Uverse power supply and battery backup that they rigged to use with whatever cameras that they have in the home that they installed themselves. Basically it is all pieced together.  You should be able to search for ATT3612V3S to see if you can find a cable for it. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help.
