Alexa and Digital life issue

Over the past couple weeks or month.  Alex will not control my Digital Life Skill.  It says my Digital life skill must be linked in the Alexa app.  I go to the Alexa app and the first thing I see is a box saying "link your Digital Life Skill."  I complete the linking process and it says its linked,  But when I ask Alexa again to control the Digital life.... it states the same thing it always says.  so I look at the Alexa app again and it says again my Digital Life needs to be linked.  The only way I can get it to work is to go online to the actual amazon site and disable the skill ( yes it shows its linked there) and reactivate the skill.  At this point it works but only for a little while.... it is never working the next day.  This was not always like this.... something has changed.

 

I am usually asking Alexa to ask Digital life to set alarm to instant.

 

Any advice would be helpful.  Thanks

Stopped working again yesterday.  Today when I try and use the Digital Life Skill with Alexa,  Alexa doesn't  even respond.  Alexa works with all other skills,  Just no response at all when I try and use Alexa to control Digital Life. @ATTDigitalLifeCS
