Where are my pictures in the cloud?

What cloud? There are many different clouds.

That would depend on which Cloud you were using to back up your pictures. If you even turned on back up from your devices.

AT&T's personal cloud is a paid service after your 30 days trial.

We understand the importance of being able to have access to your photos and would like to help locate your pictures that's on your cloud. 

If you backed up your data on a cloud, like AT&T's Personal Cloud, then follow the steps listed below to restore your photos: 

1. Open the AT&T Personal Cloud app.
2. Tap the menu (3 lines), then choose Settings.
3. Choose Tools, then Content Restore.
4. Tap the Photo category to restore. 
5. Select Restore.
