WatchTV app won’t accept log in

I recently changed plans and since the watch tv app is included for ONE number I have I figured I’d try it however it won’t let me log in and gives me an error message that ends with the number 201.  Anyone have any ideas how to get it to work"

Yes I've tried verifying my account but to no avail.  I also noticed that on the Apple app store reviews that my problem is the overwhelming complaint.  No wonder it only has a reading of 1.7.  I just want to experience this service that is supposedly FREE with my unlimited plan even though it costs me$300 per month for the lines.  I get the same results every time I try to use the app and always get the same error message ending with"Error 201"

Thanks for clarifying! Please let us know what Apple device you're using to log in with, and if you've tried logging in with other devices, let us know which one(s).

 

Just for good measure, try deleting and reinstalling the WATCH TV app and let us know the results.

I called In Twice and I am still u able to watch. It has been three months now
