Video streaming is simply watching video over the internet (YouTube, Netflix, etc) on your device. All plans have it. Streaming video is just another way to use your data. What you are probably asking about is stream saver or when is watching video not count against your data. Stream saver is a feature that reduces data use when streaming video by reducing the video resolution. Not all plans have that feature. Data free video streaming is for Directv, DirectvNow and UVerse tv customers.
