Switching from T Mobile to AT&T

I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 from Tmobile. I had switched to at&t a while back. Is their any way to get the Tmobile startup sounds off and put the at&t startup sounds on?

No. You own a T-Mobile branded phone and it will remain that way. You could always replace the phone.

The S4 prices have dropped under $250 on Amazon and eBay. You could then sell the T-mobile phone to recover some of the cost.
