Specific Song ringtone
I want to use a specific song as a ringtone from a specific contact on my iPhone. Like, when my wife calls I want the ringtone to play "Can't Buy Me Love" by the Beatles. How do I do that. ?
My default ringtone when ANYONE calls is from Star Trek...I did that somehow years ago, but I don't remember how I did it.

Open contacts, select that contact, click "edit". Scroll down until you see "Ringtone" and select. You can then select which ringtone to use. You can also assign a text tone.

I want to ADD a song to the ring tone list so I can assign that specific song as a ring tone to a particular caller, when they call. That will identify to me that that particular person or contact is calling me.
People have done this before, for years!
I need a ringtone hooked up with that contact.
Theoretically, I could have 5 different ringtones/songs/sounds for 5 different contacts…all different than one another.

Sorry, I did not interpret your question as how to make and get a custom ringtone on your phone. There are many ways to do that. I make my own. Once you’ve created the audio file to use as a ringtone in the right format, you sync it to your phone using iTunes. For ringtones, you only want a 20-30 second audio file. There are many free audio editing programs that will allow you to take a clip of any song and save it as a .mp4 file. Once you have that file, you rename to .mpr as the file extension. You can then import it into iTunes and sync it to your phone. I’m sure if you google this, you’ll find better instructions.
