Secure Family App

When I initially set up the Secure Family App it says "Sorry something went wrong, please try again later.". Can you please help me with that?

We're aware that some customers are receiving a "Whoops, something went wrong" error message while setting up AT&T Secure Family. We're working on a solution and encourage you to try again.
