rtt keeps activating mid call and dropping my calls

Just this week, RTT started activating on my phone when I am in the middle of a call.

Suddenly, the other person won't be able to hear me and will eventually hang up. I see that this is caused by the rtt having turned on in the middle of the call.

There doesn't seem to be a way to disable it or uninstall it.

I could use some help on this one.
