How do I get ringtones for a Pantech P2030

I tried using www.zedge.net.  It takes me to http://free.ringtonefanatic.com/index.jhtml?partner=^BNG^xdm008&sub_id=TFRF500088499_39382585

The instructions there do not lead me to getting ring tones.  Can someone please recommend another method?

I spoke with a AT&T rep.  He said to do the following on my phone:

Press menu

Now I got an email from AT&T which directs me to AT&T's device how-to center for Pantech 2030.

The instructions here are clearly spelled out and easy to understand.  

The second step says 'Select Settings, then press the AT&T key'

The third step says 'Scroll to Profiles, then press the AT&T key'

However, when I attempt step #3, there is no 'Profiles' choice. 

Yet another example of substandard service by AT&T.  

A company as large as AT&T should definitely know how its customers can get ring tones.

On page 130 of the Pantech users guide, it says to go to select Menu> My Stuff> Audio> My Voice.

There is no 'My Stuff' selection under Menu on my Pantech 2030.  Is my Pantech defective?  

I set it to advanced mode and followed the instructions on page 141 to shop for ring tones.

When I select shop tones and try to get into the AT&T AppCenter, it says "Oops....we're sorry...  AT&T AppCenter is no longer available.

I also tried downloading Pantech PC Suite so I could drag and drop files to the phone.  But I tried connecting the phone to two different computers and neither read the phone, yet do charge the battery (meaning it is getting power from USB).

It seems to me that AT&T and Pantech are doing everything they can to ensure that I am unable to get ring tones.  

If I were AT&T and/or Pantech, I would provide a much simpler and straight forward way for my customers to get ring tones.

Here's an example of how it would work:

1) Go to AT&T's ring tone shop

2) Select the ring tone you want

3) Select your phone number

4) Click 'send to your phone'

Yet AT&T/Pantech wish to make it far more difficult than that.  Perhaps AT&T can explain why they don't want users of the Pantech 2030 to download ring tones & use them.

Now I tried to call AT&T again.  It's about 2:30 PDT.  When I press 2 for technical support, a recorded voice says "please try again during our business hours of 7AM to 1AM".  

Just why would a company like AT&T be so delighted to anger its customers?

Having the same problems with my husbands pantech p2050.  He's an elderly user so we use the Pantech breeze phone for him. He loves the Good, the Bad and the Ugly ringtone from a Clint Eastwood movie that He had this on his previous phones that have died.  I have tried all night to get the ringtone for him on this phone to no avail...He doesn't ask for much,  has dementia and doesn't do well with "new" things at all.  All he wants is this ringtone that is familiar to him and it is so frustrating.  Please help me find this ringtone for him.  His number is [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]
